Working principle
During operation, the external copper is driven to rotate by the electric motor through a V-belt, main pulley, transmission shaft, small bevel gear, and large bevel gear. The axis of the crushing cone rotates and swings under the pressure of the external copper, causing the surface of the crushing wall to sometimes approach and sometimes leave the surface of the rolling mill bowl. This continuously impacts, squeezes, and bends the material in the annular crushing chamber composed of a fixed cone and a moving cone, resulting in its crushing. After multiple squeezes, impacts, and bends, the material is crushed to the required particle size and discharged through the lower part.
